your choice (targeted) or across the entire site (ROS - Run on site).
For example, you could have your banner placed in our 'Festivals'
channel or have it throughout all our channels (as mentioned on the home page). You
also have the option of displaying the banner only on the indiayogi

Gif animated banners etc. This service would have an additional
charge.
2. Newsletter / Mailer
Advertising
Another way to
promote your site/service is through our newsletters and
mailers. These are sent to our subscriber database on a regular
basis and by advertising in them you make sure your promotions reach

stronger. The credibility and relevance of our newsletters

1. Indemnification
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the Advertiser
has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement without
infringing the rights of any third party and without violating any
law. Advertiser agrees, at his own expense, to indemnify and defend
Yoginet India Pvt. Ltd. and its employees against all expenses and
losses that may occur in connection with any claims or criminal
investigations arising out of such advertisements, including any
claim of trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, breach
of confidentiality, privacy violation, false or deceptive advertising
or sales practices.
2. Right to reject advertisement
All contents are subject to the approval of
Yoginet India Pvt. Ltd. It reserves the right to reject or cancel
any advertisement, URL link, or any other commitment, at any time
for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Yoginet India Pvt.
Ltd. that placement of such advertisement may subject Yoginet India
Pvt. Ltd. to criminal or civil liability.
3. Terms of payment
Unless specified, all
accepted advertisements would strictly be displayed after receipt
and clearance of payment only. All payments would be made through
Credit Card (MasterCard/VISA) / Demand Draft (DD) / Telegraphic
Transfer (TT) / Cheque, after finalization of the order.
4. Cancellations
Except as otherwise provided in the Release
Order/Estimate, the Release Order
cannot be cancelled by the advertiser. In case of postponement
of on-going campaigns, specific request should come in writing from the
client with a notice of SEVEN clear working days. Monies
once received by indiayogi towards advertising will not be refunded.
