The science of handwriting analysis is called Graphology. Its uses and value are respected widely in the west
for collecting data on a person's intellect, emotional traits, creativity, motivations, ambitiousness,
strengths, weaknesses, integrity and loyalty. Its application for personal knowledge and development can help
one to improve and enhance one's prospects in life. Corporates and industrial groups can use it to good effect
by testing the handwriting of prospective employees to ensure they hire people who are best suited to their
corporate or business culture.
Understanding Graphology
Handwriting can literally be described as 'Brain Writing'. The brain waves produce a neuromuscular movement
that is unique to each person and this is revealed in the person's handwriting. Since brainwaves are produced
by the subconscious mind, their movements can reveal many hidden personality traits about which the person
himself even may not be consciously aware. Analysis of a person's handwriting can reveal the hidden or inner
personality that otherwise lies inaccessible not only to one's friends and colleagues, but also to one's own
self.
Understanding Ourselves
Most of us think that we know ourselves very well, whereas the reality is that our self-perception usually gives
a false impression that neither honest nor objective. Handwriting analysis can reveal the underlying emotional
state of a person that can be effectively remedied, if necessary. Besides applying it to grown-ups, it can also
be effectively used to analyse a child's behaviour if the parents feel the child is always throwing tantrums,
becoming irritable, aggressive or depressed and withdrawing into him or herself.
So, if you are interested in knowing what really lies behind a person's outer appearance - whether it your child,
your spouse, your friend or colleague, your employees or even yourself - all you have to do send a sample of his
or her handwriting. To get the desired sample, please observe the guidelines given below.
How to collect a handwriting sample
- Take an unlined fullscape or A4 size paper and a ballpoint pen.
- Ask the person to write something spontaneously about him or herself - something about the family, the
workplace, the daily routine, an outing or a holiday. Make sure that whatever the person writes is not copied or dictated by someone.
- The more the person writes, the better the sample will be for an accurate analysis and drawing useful conclusions.
- Make sure to take three to four specimen signatures of the person along with the written matter.
- Scan the sheet of paper containing the handwriting sample and signatures; in case you don't have a scanner then get the sheet scanned from any Photocopying center near your home or office.
- If, for any reason, an ideal handwriting sample is not available, you may then send any matter written in the person's own handwriting.
Important
- The age of the person whose handwriting sample is being sent for analysis should not be below 15 years. The
person MUST BE 15 years of age or above.
- Please do not ask for predictions. Handwriting analysis cannot forecast the future.
Note
Please note that the Analyst's Report will be restricted only to an analysis of the handwriting sample.
No suggestions for making alterations in handwriting will be provided by the Analyst to help
alter or improve personality traits. It is recommended that the person whose handwriting is
being analysed should make a conscious effort to overcome the weaknesses indicated in the
Analysis. Graphotherapy can only be prescribed after detailed personal counselling of the
person.
Please note that no suggestions for making alterations in handwriting to improve your personality traits will be
provided by the Analyst. The report will be restricted only to an analysis of the handwriting sample.
