In this science based on Vibrations, every alphabet has been given a Numerical Value, thereby resulting in every word and its pronunciation having its unique vibrational values and having its own effects, positive as well as negative. Let us first look at the values that each alphabet has, and how to calculate the values of names and understand the effects it has due to it. 'Sankhya Shastra' or 'Spandan Shastra' , the Science of Vibrations, shows us that the words are associated with the number '9'. The main vibrations in the world too are '9'. The study of these Numerological Vibrations is called as 'Sankhya Spandan Vidya'. In our day-to-day life too, we make use of '9' numbers, each of which have their own unique qualities.

Every vibration is associated with positive as well as negative qualities. This is similar to a magnet, which on breaking into two pieces results in one of its side having a +ve attraction and the other, a -ve attraction. But in this science of Sankhya or Spandan Shastra, among all the numbers from 1 - 9 having their own +ve or -ve effects, the presence of the number 9 has a very unique association, in a different manner.

The Number '9' is supposed to be very explosive in nature. Apart from the benefit of the +ve vibrations that the power of this number brings to the owner, the -ve part of this number is very destructive, resulting in explosions. After which at times, the +ve energy results in a new, stronger, better creation of some kind. But those people, cities, countries, who have been benefited by the +ve vibrations of this number also in-between keep suffering continuously due to the -ve vibrations. In such cases, one does feel and find phases or periods of stability, peace, etc. But soon the destructive quality of this vibration takes effect and the problems again materialise, resulting in unrest, instability, etc.
