Introduction

traditional zodiacal division.

Important Warning
While the above is true, it does not always work in all cases. Sometimes for karmic
reasons the soul decides to do without the experience of being loved for a while
and it is futile at that stage to attempt an answer. The Tarot simply does not cooperate
in such cases. This is rare, but it has been known to happen.
Of course, in all of the above there are no guarantees. Life is far too complex
for that, even for the Tarot. Merely because a certain type of person has a karmic
predisposition to be the best sort of lover for you does not mean that the rest
of humankind is sealed off for you. Love is far too enormously mutable for that.
Still, it is always better to have a reasonably informed decision rather than an
attitude of optimistic ignorance. The Tarot can enable you to be slightly more aware
of your choices in love than would otherwise be the case - and that is always worth
it.
