Terms and Conductions
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment and this service is provided through our logistics partner.
- You can choose the COD mode of payment and pay for your order only when you actually receive it.
- There is an additional handling charge of INR 75 for COD mode of payment.
- There is a limit of INR 5000 on the order value, for COD mode of payment.
- The payment needs to be done in cash to our logistics partner on delivery of your order.
- Please note, the COD facility is open currently for self-purchase within India only in selected cities where our logistics partner has got its service.
- COD payment option is not available for jewellery and perishable items.
- In cases where an order is placed, an authorized representative will contact you, personally or over telephone, to confirm the order.
