How to download and install a winamp skin?
Step I
First click on "download" a Save As prompt will appear as shown below
Step II
Then save the file in the Skins Sub-Directory of the winamp directory
Step III
When the download of the file is complete open your winamp player
and press Alt + 'S'
Your skin browser will open up choose the skin and close it.
